Tage's Farewell

Dr. Tage Kristensen, who took part in the development of the COPSOQ tool and in it's 2nd and 3rd revisions, did his farewell lecture in May 24th at the Team Working Life in Copenhagen. The lecture had the title '47 years of research in psychosocial working conditions. What came out of it?'. In his lecture he pointed out that many efforts to improve working conditions have failed - and that reporting of such failures has often been neglected. He stressed the role of the management for development of healthy working conditions. Practitioners, researchers, representatives from the social partners from mainly Denmark, but also Sweden and Germany attended the lecture.
